Codependence

When approaching this workbook process, writing a life story doesn’t need to be emphasized because they will deal with everything in the book.

Codependence is a disease of the mind that can’t be fixed or altered.

Most churches are willing to accept this ministry because they have a good understanding of the definition of codependence.

To be prepared as a group leader, you need to have totally worked through your own recovery process and should no longer show any signs of codependence.

Your guidance in every class is the Holy Spirit, not your personal teaching style.

Chapter 1 is an assessment class that helps define codependence. A BCAP is introduced to help highlight how a codependent gets help when its needed.

Codependence has it’s foundation rooted in unmet needs, loss and lack of love.

Some people are beyond help and should be told that up front.

The recovery process is designed to make you feel good about yourself and build a better version of yourself. Self-esteem is grounded in a personal sense of well being.
